Fort Bend County Judge KP George is joining Lucille’s 1913 and nonprofit Attack Poverty to distribute 4000 meals in the aftermath of the winter storm that knocked out power for millions of Texans.
The drive will also supply 2000 liters of water as well as 1000 PPE kits.
The drive will take place on Wednesday, February 24th from 10am-12:30pm for residents in the North Richmond and North Rosenberg area.
In addition to the County Judge, Fort Bend County Pct. 2 Commissioner Grady Prestage, Chef Chris Williams, Found of Lucille’s 1913, Richmond mayor Rebecca Kennelly Haas, and Rosenberg mayor William T. Benton are scheduled to attend.
